BRAKES SYSTEM
The RK kart line are equipped with the hydraulic “CX” brake system characterized by great effectiveness and reliability, besides an exceptional design. According to each drivers’ preference, it is possible to choose the “W” discs either in steel or cast iron. The braking force is the same, the first offers a more precise braking, whilst the cast iron allows you to better modulate the action, also optimizing the temperature.
CHASSIS AND EQUIPMENT

Built with 30 mm tubes and with a conventional design, the chassis represents a guarantee of efficiency. The set up is expected to have mounted HQ muffler supports, in order to mount the rear pod, magnesium wheels, front spindles “big” and all Freeline HQ accessories easily. Among the optional items, it is possible to mount front hubs and all the components for the rear end in magnesium by Freeline (hubs, bearing, disc carrier and ratio carrier) as well as Freeline seats by Tillet.

KF RACING LINE // RK 30-KF
It has made its debut in International races last year, achieving important successes, thank to the technical know-how of the Birel Group and the development work done by the RK racing division.
The frame is made with 30mm tubes and it is characterized by a front axle design with the “C” of the spindles anchored to the front crosspiece and a sole torsion bar. It is versatile, “free” and ideal for every category, offering a high “fluency” as strong point.
Among the 2010 novelties, there are the “C” of the spindles, which will be smaller and provided with a more functional eccentric bushing system, with a 4mm screw, able to ease the camber and caster adjustments. Moreover, the supports on the rear bearing cases have been removed, assuring the chassis more fluency.
In the end, a new support of the seat has been introduced on the right side, in order to improve the trade-off of the chassis and the place for the engines.
