MANUFACTORING:
The Manufacturing Department produces individual accessories (bumpers, hubs, rims, etc) with raw material processing and semi-finished product processing using specific machinery. Before moving on to the Assembly Department, all components undergo quality control.
The Head of the Department is Piero Dassi.
     
CARPENTERY:
The Carpentry Department manufactures kart bodies made of molybdenum chrome steel tubes. Three Robots, each working at two workstations, ensure a continuous production cycle. Some chassis lines are hand-welded, while all finished products are accurately checked using specific reference gauges.
The Head of the Department is Santo Calafato.
     
ASSEMBLY:
This Department takes care of assembling finished chassis using 3 assembly lines. Once painted, the body is completed with all accessories coming from the Manufacturing Department. Current assembly lines have a production capacity of more than 30 chassis a day.
The Head of the Department is Sergio Giardina.
     
STORAGE:
This Department handles finished product shipment and also product packaging. It manages the Overall Company Warehouse which houses all individual components needed for kart assembly, including the Sportware line.
