EASYKART 125

For those drivers who do not join the National and International classes following the 100 cc or for those who come back after having experienced a few seasons in those classes, the Easykart singlegear 125 cc represents an opportunity to carry on and join competitive racing at low operational costs. The 28-horsepower engine features an electric starter and is highly reliable: more than 100-litre usage before needing any substantial maintenance intervention. The chassis is identified by the acronym R 30 and is made with mixed 30 and 32 rails. It offers great cornering, which means drivers must always try to achieve an ideal compromise in terms of balance. There are few but efficient parameters on which it is possible to intervene: track, seat position and height from the ground. The kart features hydraulic braking system with 200 mm disc, a 40 mm axle and medium to hard tyres which teach drivers how to drive to the limit with relative grip. The fitting is standard and features aluminium rims, hubs, disc-holders and sprocket-holders, although thanks to the optional line the same HQ accessories can also be chosen, as well as other aesthetic customising features. For the Cik 03 frame supplied the kit of washable Pvc stickers is also available.
CHASSIS
It is built of 30 and 32 mm pipes and has a 40x3x1040M axle along with aluminium rims, hubs, brake and sprocket disk carriers. The geometry of the body is the same as the one for the popular Birel “R” line.Very versatile, it immediately adapts to all track conditions and is sensitive to control. It offers immediate driving feeling, is precise when entering a curve and quite “free” at the rear.
TYRES
Specific Easykart tyres are defined for the competitive arena. The technical characteristics have been researched in order to combine performance and wear in the best possible manner. They offer exceptional performance stability and therefore, can also be used in more races with no substantial decrease in performance.
STABILIZER BAR
Like the 100 cc and Shifter models, even the 125 cc is equipped with a front stabilizing bar set, it offers more front grip, but in direction changes the chassis becomes less responsive.
ENGINE
The engine is a 125 cc two-stroke air-cooled engine. It has a centrifugal clutch and electronic start with a single brand batterycharging system. It offers approximately 28 horse-power and needs very little maintenance. The carburetor comes with a jet kit for optimizing performance according to the weather and the track. According to regulations, in competition it uses a mixture of gas and 5% (Easykart) oil.
